I read every enquiry myself and reply within one to two business days, either with the next steps or a couple of quick questions.

We set up a short meeting, at your office or over a video call, whatever suits you best. We talk through the project in more detail: what you want to achieve, the scope, who's responsible for what, and how we'd actually work together. It's a chance for both of us to see whether it's a good fit, with no obligation and completely free of charge.

Shortly after the meeting, you receive a clear plan and a price estimate in writing inc. what will be built, how it breaks down, and what it costs. Nothing is locked in: you're free to request changes, adjust the scope, or take your time deciding. We only move forward once you're genuinely comfortable with the plan.

Once we're aligned, the work begins. You get regular status updates and check-ins along the way, so you always know where things stand and can adjust the scope as priorities shift. No disappearing for weeks and resurfacing with a surprise, just steady progress and a finished product you've helped shape.

After launch, I'm still here. Reach out whenever you need a new feature, a bug fixed, an update, or just a second opinion then we'll handle it. It all runs on a simple hourly rate: no retainer, no subscription, no minimum commitment. You pay for exactly what you need, when you need it.
